Three factors determine whether the installation is completed in one day or takes longer: the electrical connection, the base, and access route. Here is what you need to know.
If the house has a weak main circuit breaker, we will inform you in advance. Sometimes an increase with the distributor is sufficient; other times, choosing a model with lower power consumption is necessary.
The hot tub is transported on its side using a special trolley, requiring a passage approximately one metre wide and without steps. Where this is not possible, we will arrange for a crane or telehandler to move the hot tub over the house or fence. Access will be assessed during the survey, including where the crane can park and what it can lift.
To fill the hot tub, a garden hose is sufficient; this takes one to two hours. When changing the water, you need a place to drain it, preferably into the sewer or onto the ground far from the foundations.
No. The hot tub connection must be installed by an authorised electrician and require an inspection report. It involves water and electricity in one place; a residual-current device and an inspection are conditions for both safety and the warranty.
We handle delivery using a crane over the fence or house. It costs more, but it is standard practice, not a complication. We assess this during the survey so there are no surprises on delivery day.
If it is level, crack-free and sufficiently strong, yes. We will assess it on site. Interlocking paving laid on sand will settle unevenly under the load, causing the tub to twist; in such cases the base must be rebuilt.
Just a few details are needed. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the location and arrange a free survey. No obligation.
