Hot tub service: keeping the water clean and the equipment running smoothly.

Hot tubs require some care: the right chemicals, clean filters, a working cover and an occasional expert check of the equipment. We provide this for hot tubs we supplied as well as those you already have.

Winter: operate or winterise?

A hot tub used year-round works best in winter when it is running. The water stays warm, the equipment does not freeze, and bathing in the snow is what people buy them for. Winterising makes sense if you are away over winter or do not want to pay for heating. A poorly winterised hot tub (water in the pipes) leaks in spring, which is why we blow it out with a compressor.

What you are asking about

The water is cloudy or foaming: what should be done?

Most commonly high pH, saturated water or a clogged filter. Check the pH and filter; if that does not help, we will arrive, replace the water and clean the pipework.

Do you also service hot tubs that you did not supply?

Yes, routine maintenance, water replacement, winterisation and most repairs. For some brands spare parts are less readily available; we will inform you in advance.

How long does a thermal cover last?

Usually 3 to 6 years. When it becomes heavy, waterlogged and stops insulating, consumption rises and it is time for a new one.

Just a few details are needed. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the location and arrange a free survey. No obligation.
